Depression and Anxiety

Depression and anxiety are among the most common psychological conditions. However, the feelings asscociated with these conditions can manifest quite differently from person to person. For you, it may mean that you're feeling unmotivated, experiencing feelings of worthlessness, having thoughts that you can't get out of your head, excessively worrying, finding it difficult to sleep, or having aggressive outbursts. You may be experiencing these feelings for the first time, or they may have existed, often in the background, for most of your life. Either way, there is help, and there's no need for you to suffer alone.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, we will begin by working to reduce the intensity of the feelings you're having so that you have the energy to engage more fully in your daily life and in your treatment. I will also help you better understand what these feelings are, and how they manifest in your relationship with yourself and others.
